Apprentice Program

Triple’s apprentice program is offered to graduating high school students to provide new machinists experience in many different machining disciplines that accompanies college courses. The apprentice will rotate through six machining disciplines: 

​

  • Deburr

  • Hone and Lap

  • EDM (Wire & Conventional)

  • Grinding (Surface, OD, ID, Dedtru, Jig)

  • CNC Mill / CNC Lathe

  • Manual Machines (Saw, Manual Mill, Manual Lathe, Gundrill​

Each apprentice will be mentored by the department leader related to specific job responsibilities in a production setting. There will be supplemental training sessions that will include best practices of manufacturing and quality aspects.
